Born in Moncton, he was the son of Serge and Connie (Leger) Bourgeois of Shediac. Besides his parents, he is survived by a brother, Luc (Christine Robichaud) of Shediac; maternel grandmother, Diane Leger (late Ola) of Shediac; paternal grandmother, Florence Bourgeois of Shediac; three aunts: Tina Leger (godmother) (Luc) of Nashville, Tammy Boudreau (André) of Dieppe and Patty Allain (Keith) of Shediac; a uncle, Vincent (Carole) of Ottawa, ON; nephew and godson, Benjamin; great-aunt and uncle, Irène LeBlanc (Edmond) of Shediac; paternal great-grandmother, Juliette Bourgeois of Shediac; four cousins: Samuel, Chloé, Jérémie and Patrick, as well as a friend, Chantel (Ryan) and children: Nathan and Liam of Sydney, NS. Born in Fox Creek, he was the son of the late Henri and the late Régina (LeBlanc) Lirette. Armand had worked at CNR and was a member of the Saint-Anselme Golden Age Club. He was very proud of his garden and took great pleasure in the appearance and care of his property. He also enjoyed driving his 1985 Monte Carlo. During his retirement years, he and Rhéaldine enjoyed many organized bus tours throughout Canada and the US.
